Today I want to talk to you about one of my favorite tools for cookies. I really like this tool because it’s not too big but it’s not too small; I think it’s just right. I would like to introduce you to the cookie spatula.
I use this tool when I am taking the cookies off the baking sheet to place them onto the cooling rack. It lets me move them around easily while they are still warm without me being afraid of breaking them. I also use this tool to move my cookies around while I am decorating them.
As you can see in the picture below the spatula can move around a cookie that is almost 4 inches.
In the picture below I use it to move around a much smaller cookie which measures 2 inches.
