Joseph Joseph Adjustable Rolling Pin

December 19, 2011 · by Jany · 3 Comments

Hello again! The count down to Christmas has begun! We are only six days away; can you believe this? Tonight I will bake a batch of Christmas cookies for our dinner table. As I was gathering all the items that I needed I came across my favorite tool and I immediatley wanted to share it with you! You might want to add this tool to your Christmas wish-list. Maybe Santa can bring you this super handy & easy to use tool to roll out your cookie dough.

I came across the Joseph Joseph Adjustable Rolling Pin about a year ago and ever since I got it I haven’t stopped using it.

There are several features that I like about this rolling pin:

1- It can be used to roll out cookie dough and pie dough.

2- It has an etched pastry-widths measurement guide.

3- It comes with six removeable disks to roll out your dough to your  desired thickness.

4- The disks are etched with their measurements for your convenience. They are etched in inches and in millimeters.

5- You might be asking yourself how do I change the disks? Well it’s pretty simple it’s just like loosening a screw.

If you are interested in purchasing the Joseph Joseph Rolling Pin from Amazon click here.

Thank you for stopping by & stay sweet!

Hi Jany, thanks for this ever so helpful post. I was just lamenting this weekend because my spacers are never where I want them to be. I’m definitely putting this on my list.

The shamrock cookies are awesome! Going to Maguire’s Irish Pub here in Ft Lauderdale tonight and they could have used your cookies for St Paddy’s Day :)Maybe next year you can reach out to them and other Irish themed businesses.
